The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic Saki (TOPS) is set to host its Orientation Programme for Fresh Students for the 2022/2023 session from 5th to 8th June 2023. Scheduled from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the event aims to introduce fresh students to the institution's culture, expectations, and opportunities.










The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic Saki (TOPS), a renowned institution for higher education in Nigeria, is set to kick off its Orientation Programme for Fresh Students for the 2022/2023 academic session. Programme Overview and Schedule

The Orientation Programme will be held daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the New 500 Capacity Hall and Surrounding Premises. This program has been designed to give fresh students an in-depth understanding of TOPS’s culture, ethos, and academic expectations. It also aims to introduce them to the multitude of resources and opportunities available on campus.
A Balance of Orientation and Academics

The university has clarified that the four days of the orientation programme will not be entirely free of lectures and tests. This is in line with TOPS’s commitment to maintain academic continuity even during such events. The period between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM will be exclusively reserved for the Orientation Programme, allowing students to fully immerse themselves in the activities planned.

However, fresh students are expected to attend classes between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. This decision ensures a balance between academics and orientation activities, enabling students to transition smoothly into their academic life at TOPS.
