Borno State University (BOSU) has opened its portal for the 2025/2026 Post UTME and Direct Entry screening. If you picked BOSU in the 2025 UTME or through Direct Entry, here is your chance to secure a spot. The online application will run from Monday 11 August to Sunday 31 August 2025.

Who Can Apply
UTME Candidates

To qualify, you must have:

Met the minimum cut-off for your chosen faculty and programme
Written the correct UTME subject combination
At least five relevant O’Level credits, including English and Mathematics

If your score is below the mark for your chosen course, you need to change to a course you qualify for on the JAMB portal before applying.
Direct Entry Candidates

In addition to O’Level requirements, you must have:At least 9 points or Merit in NCE
Lower Credit in ND/HND
Or Second Class Lower in a Degree

Also, make sure your O’Level results are uploaded on the JAMB CAPS portal. Without that, BOSU will not consider your admission.
How to Apply for BOSU Post UTMEVisit the BOSU Post UTME portal
Use your JAMB registration number as both username and password to confirm your details
Generate a Remita code and pay the fee of N2,000 online using a card, or print the slip and pay at any bank
Return to the portal, log in again and complete the form online
