FUNAAB has updated its 2024/2025 academic calendar for postgraduate students. From registration to exams and result meetings, here’s the full breakdown. Keep reading for key dates you don’t want to miss.



The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) has tweaked its postgraduate timetable. At a special Senate meeting on 17 July 2025, the new schedule was signed off and is now official. So, if you’re in the system or planning to join soon, here’s your cheat sheet.
When Things Start and Stop
RegistrationKicks off: Monday, 24 March 2025
Closes: Friday, 18 April 2025
Late registration window (with fine): Monday, 21 April to Friday, 2 May 2025

First SemesterLectures begin: Monday, 31 March 2025
Lectures wrap up: Thursday, 17 July 2025
Exams start: Monday, 8 September 2025
Exams end: Friday, 19 September 2025
Results get reviewed: Monday, 13 October 2025
