Required Documents

Submit two sets of your completed forms to the CENMERT Office, each with copies of the following:WAEC and/or GCE O’Level certificate
First degree certificate and, if available, Diploma in Medical Education
NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
Payment teller for the application fee

You must also request your academic transcript to be sent directly to CENMERT using the transcript label provided.
Admission and Acceptance

If offered admission, you will get your offer letter by email. To secure your place, pay the ₦20,000 acceptance fee into the same bank account above. Bring proof of this payment to the CENMERT Office to collect your admission letter.
Registration

Once school fees are paid, you will receive your registration pack by email. Print it in original colour, attach all required documents, and submit to complete your registration.
