The Zamfara State University, Talata-Mafara (ZAMSUT) has quietly dropped its admission cut-off marks for the upcoming academic session. And let’s be honest, whether you scored 150 or 200 in JAMB, this list will either make you sit up or sit out.

Catchment: For students from states closest to the school
ELDS (Educationally Less Developed States): For states the government wants to boost in education

Merit states: Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo, Ekiti, Lagos, Abia, Anambra, Enugu, Imo, Edo, Delta, Rivers, Cross River

So, if you’re from Zamfara, for example, you’re in the catchment. But if you’re from Oyo or Imo, you fall under merit. Make that count when you’re looking at the cut-offs.
