Arrival and Registration23 October – A new dawn as fresh students make their return to the campus.
Monday, 23-27 October 2023 – A pivotal period set aside for the registration of incoming students.
Sunday, 30 October 2023 – A warm welcome back for the returning (old) students as they converge on campus.

Orientation and Commencement of LecturesThursday, 26 to Friday, 27 October 2023 – An Orientation Programme tailored for fresh students, aiming to acquaint them with the university’s ethos, culture, and expectations.
Monday, 31 October 2023 – A landmark day as lectures kick off for both newcomers and returning students. A period where the synergy of academic pursuits intensifies.

Additional Registration ProceduresMonday, 6 November to Friday, 10 November 2023 – An extended window for Late Registration and Add/Drop Registration processes. This period also caters to applications for excess credit load, ensuring flexibility in course selection.

Key Events8 December 2023 – A day of immense pride and joy as the matriculation ceremony unfolds, officially welcoming fresh students into the MOUAU community.
