Objectives of the AYTP

The AYTP is ARM’s way of influencing talent development in its environment. The programme aims to provide good learning opportunities for interns and facilitate the creation of employment opportunities for them upon completion of their internship programme and obtaining their university degree.
ARM Young Talent Programme (AYTP) Programme Structure

Interns are provided with comprehensive training in a learning-oriented environment and are exposed to real-life business projects, transactions and company initiatives. At the end of the programme, interns are required to write a report and give a presentation on a project topic to assess their suitability.

ARM Young Talent Programme (AYTP) ELigibility

The AYTP is open to university undergraduates who have completed at least two years of their degree and are on track for a First class or Second Class Upper degree or equivalent. T

he programme seeks high-quality students from all disciplines with excellent communication skills, analytical and logical reasoning skills, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, collaborative and innovative, and able to work in a fast-paced challenging environment.
How to Apply for ARM Young Talent Programme (AYTP)

Interested and qualified candidates can apply online via the ARM website, with applications closing on the 13th of March 2023. Successful candidates will resume in June 2023.
