Taraba State University (TSU) invites applications for postgraduate admissions for the second semester. Interested candidates with suitable qualifications are encouraged to apply to various programmes. Candidates must meet the general requirements, including obtaining at least five credits in WASC/NECO/NABTECH/GCE (Ordinary Level) or equivalent. Application fees are non-refundable and set at NGN 20,000.

General Admission Requirements

To be considered for the TSU Postgraduate School, candidates must meet specific qualifications. These prerequisites are designed to ensure that all students have a firm academic foundation, which will allow them to succeed in their chosen postgraduate programmes.All candidates must have obtained at least 5 credits, including Mathematics and English Language, in not more than two sittings in WASC/NECO/NABTECH/GCE (Ordinary Level) or their equivalent.
For Master’s degree programmes (M.A, M.Ed, and M.Sc), candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least a second-class lower division in the relevant discipline.
Ph.D. candidates must have obtained a minimum weighted average score of 50% (3.5 points) in their previous academic programme.
Application Fees

Please note that there is a non-refundable application fee of #20,000 for all the advertised programmes.
