Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, in partnership with NDA Kaduna, is now admitting students into its 2025/2026 Postgraduate Diploma programmes in engineering. Courses will run for two sessions, and all classes will take place on the Bauchi campus. Keep reading for the entry rules, how to apply, and the deadline.



The Federal Polytechnic Bauchi (FPTB), in affiliation with the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Kaduna, has opened applications for its 2025/2026 Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) programmes in engineering.

Entry Requirements

To apply, you need either of the following:A degree in one of the listed engineering fields or a closely related course, from NDA Kaduna or any recognised university
A Higher National Diploma (HND) with at least Lower Credit, from any NBTE-approved polytechnic, in a related field

These requirements apply across all three programmes.
Duration of Study

The PGD runs for two academic sessions, split across four semesters. Lectures and practical sessions will take place at Federal Polytechnic Bauchi’s main campus.
