Fill in your basic information.
Click ‘PAY NOW’ if you’re ready, or ‘SAVE & EXIT’ to come back later.
Make your payment.
Return to the portal, log in with your Application Number (Username) and Surname (Password).
Fill out the rest of the form.
Enter your O’level results.
Upload a passport photo (JPG, 120x120px, 20kb).
Hit ‘Submit’ to complete the application.
Print out your completed form.
