Job Summary:We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Market Operations & Sales Strategist to drive intelligent expansion and performance across key markets.
This role will be responsible for identifying high- potential locations for outlets and services, supporting operational planning, and contributing directly to regional sales growth.
The ideal candidate will bring together market research, operational insight, and sales acumen to ensure the business expands into areas with maximum potential and sustained revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate new and existing territories, focusing on customer demand, competition, population density, and income trends.
Analyze regional sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend location-based sales strategies.
Collaborate with business development and real estate teams to identify and prioritize outlet or service point locations based on sales potential.
Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support territory planning and sales forecasting.
Recommend pricing, promotional, or channelstrategies tailored to regional market dynamics.
Support retail teams and channel partners with sales performance insights and location-based customer behavior data.
Monitor new outlet performance post-launch, comparing projected vs. actual sales to improve future decision-making.
Work closely with sales leadership to provide input on regional sales targets and sales territory mapping.
Contribute to revenue generation through upselling and cross-selling.
Use insights to refine business strategies and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in market research, sales strategy, or operations planning (preferably in telecom or retail).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
Experience working with sales data, forecasts, and location performance metrics.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong business acumen with a passion for turning data into growth strategies.

Job Brief:System Engineers and Software Developers with strong technical knowledge of high-end mobile network applications such as OSS/BSS, CRM, IVR, PBX applications and switches work. Selected candidates will be part of the team focused on managing and extending applications used in customer management and support.

Responsibilities:Learn and become subject experts on the various applications used by Vitel Wireless for customer management and support including those of OSS/BSS, CRM, IVR, PBX, and others
Troubleshoot network issues and outages and implement solutions to prevent recurrence as part of higher customer experiences.
Collaborate with other engineering groups to ensure our network infrastructure continues to support applications and services effectively.
Monitor network performance and integrity and adjust as needed to ensure optimal performance and reliability of those applications.
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members, field agents, and customer support team.
Participate in on-call rotation for network support.
Build tools in support of network data analysis and production execution
Analyze data to diagnose and identify root causes of network and tooling issues.

Requirements:HND or bachelor’s degree in computer science, relevant technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of professional experience in network support, with a focus on backbone and Internet routing.
3+ years experience in understanding and mitigating network hardware and topology failures.
Proficiency in use of one or more OSS/BSS, CRM, PBX, IVR, SIP or other similarapplications used in customer management and support.

Preferred QualificationsExperience with more than one of the OSS/BSS, CRM, PBX, IVR, SIP or other similar applications used in customer management and support.
Experience with applications used for supporting networking systems.
Experience with secure tunneling and VPN protocols.
Experience with network function virtualization, SDN applications and protocols.

Job Brief:Core Network Engineers (Operations and Engineering) with strong technical knowledge of SS7, MAP, SIP, GTP, SMPP and Diameter. Selected candidates will be part of the team focused on network design, architecture planning and roadmap evolution.

Responsibilities:Planning of application features, integration, and can interface with other MVNOs and MNOs.
Support other functions of Core network department including Packet Core, VAS, and interconnects etc.
Perform any other functions as may be assigned by the company management from time to time to support business needs.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:Degree in Telecommunication, IT, Computer or Electrical Engineering
3+ years of working experience in Core Network with knowledge of the core nodes.
Experienced in VoLTE / IMS / RCS, interfaces, protocols, call routing, call tracing, fault analysis and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of 3G/4G network architecture.
Knowledge of roaming for voice and data will be an added advantage.
