Responsibilities Overseeing maintenance and operation procedures for the complete manufacturing process and auxiliary services necessary for production.
Supervise the work of junior staff.
Input of proper settings on control panels of production equipment.
Planning and organizing maintenance schedules.
Assessing project and resource requirements.
Provision of training for other technical staff.
Implement routine training programmes for technical and production staff.
Maintaining quality control standards.
Perform repairs and routine maintenance on all production and auxiliary equipment.
RequirementsMust be a Mechanical Engineering graduate with 6 years experince in Injection Machine or plastic production.
