We are seeking an experienced, organized, and agile Project Manager to join the Founder’s Back Office Coordination Team. This role is central to managing diverse projects and ensuring seamless execution of ideas, programs, and brand-wide priorities across business and social arms led by the Founder (PDO).

Expectations:Coordinate daily and weekly workflows across multiple business units and foundations.
Manage the execution of sprints, internal reviews, and planning sessions with various team leads.
Lead productivity meetings (“Win Your Week”, virtual check-ins, etc.) and track KPIs across expressions.
Translate visionary ideas into project roadmaps and follow-through actions.

Requirements:Minimum 3 years of verifiable project management experience.
Experience working with cross-functional or multidisciplinary teams.
Proficient in tools like Trello, Notion, Asana, Airtable, Google Workspace, etc.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
High-level emotional intelligence and the ability to manage executive calendars and team timelines.
