Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Technical/Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, ensure seamless execution of projects, and support the technical and commercial arms of our business. This individual will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining high standards in service delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Administration: Manage daily office activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock audits, manage inventory levels, and ensure accuracy between records and physical stock.
Project Supervision: Visit project sites regularly to supervise installations and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
Sales Support: Assist in closing deals by following up on leads and customers introduced by the sales team; engage in cross-selling to existing and walk-in customers.
Customer Engagement: Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Brand Representation: Represent the company at meetings, public events, exhibitions, and customer presentations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise effectively with third-party installers, vendors, auditors, regulators, and board members to ensure seamless operations.
Process Improvement: Provide data-driven feedback and recommendations to management to enhance business processes and exceed growth targets.

Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree/HND or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical, operations, or supervisory role, preferably in the solar energy or technical services industry.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proven experience in inventory and project management.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
