AE-FUNAI Pre-Degree Admission Form 2025/2026 | How to Apply

AE-FUNAI has opened its pre-degree application for the 2025/2026 academic session. The one-year programme prepares candidates for admission into various degree courses, except Medicine. Read on for how to apply and key details.



Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI) in Ebonyi State has started accepting applications for its 2025/2026 pre-degree programme. This is a non-residential, one-year course aimed at helping students secure admission into full-time degree programmes, excluding Medicine and Surgery.


Who Can Apply?

To be considered, applicants must:Have at least five O’level credits including English and Mathematics
The subjects must align with their chosen degree course
Results can be from no more than two sittings
Awaiting result candidates can apply, but results must be ready before screening
Duration

The programme runs for two semesters, covering 10 calendar months.

How to Apply

The application is ₦15,000 and processed online only through the university’s e-Portal.
Steps:Visit AE-FUNAI Pre-degree Application Portal
Generate your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR)
Pay using your ATM card or at any Nigerian bank
Return to the portal to continue the application
Print out your completed form and keep it
Send a copy of the form to your own email for backup
Important Reminders:Upload a recent passport photo with a white background
Your full name should be written clearly on the back of the photo
Use an active email and phone number you’ll keep after applying
No name changes allowed after submission
Always check your email and the FUNAI website for updates
Deadline

The application closes on Friday, 31 October 2025 at 11:59pm. No extensions are guaranteed.

AE-FUNAI has not appointed any agents to sell or handle forms. Avoid middlemen. If it’s not done through the official website, it doesn’t count.
