Who Can Apply?
For All Programmes
You must have five O’level credits in:Mathematics
English
Chemistry
Physics
Biology
These must be from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or SAISSCE, in no more than two sittings.
Note:You cannot apply with an “awaiting result”.
NABTEB results must be combined only with another NABTEB result.
ND Nursing Applicants
Aside from your O’level, you must have:Written the 2025 JAMB,
Scored 180 or above,
Chosen relevant subjects like Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English.
For Re-training (Nursing and Midwifery)
You must have a valid practising licence as a Community Nurse or Midwife.
Also, you must be at least 17 years old at the time you buy the form.

How To Apply
Follow these steps carefully:Pay a non-refundable ₦10,000 through Remita to the College of Nursing Sciences account
Take proof of payment to the Bursary Department
Visit conmmaid.admissions.cloud and follow the application instructions
Print and submit your completed form to the school’s Admin Office
Collect your exam card at least one week before the exam date
