How to Check COOU Admission List

The university’s admission status is not displayed on notice boards anymore. The only recognised way is through the JAMB CAPS portal.Visit the JAMB EFacility portal
Enter your JAMB username and password
Scroll down and click on Check Admission Status
Select Access my CAPS
Tap Admission Status to see your update

What the Different Status Replies Mean

When you log in, the portal may display different messages. Each one carries its own meaning.Admission Offered: Congratulations, JAMB has approved your place. You may accept or reject the offer on the spot.
Admission in Progress (AIP): Your file is moving through checks, from school review to JAMB for final approval.
Recommended: The university has considered you, and your case is now before JAMB for the last stage of review.
Not Admitted: At this point, you are not listed. This might mean the list is still rolling out, or your review is still hanging.
Pending: Your application is still under review, so no final word yet.
Steps After Admission

For candidates who see “Admission Offered,” the next actions are clear.Send a text with ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number linked to your JAMB profile.
Once accepted, print your JAMB admission letter. Keep it safe, you will need it for future steps
