FUHSO Post UTME/Direct Entry Form for 2025/2026 Admission
Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo has opened its 2025/2026 Post UTME and Direct Entry registration. Candidates are to apply between 8th and 15th September 2025, meet cut-off marks, and follow the stated registration process. Only qualified applicants will be considered.

The Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo, has announced the sale of its Post UTME and Direct Entry forms for the 2025/2026 academic year. For many young people eyeing a career in health and science, this is the door they have been waiting to knock on. The screening runs for one week, from Monday 8th September to Monday 15th September 2025.
Programmes and Cut-Off Marks for FUHSO Post UTME Form
The University has listed its programmes with specific cut-off points. Each candidate must meet or pass these marks to stand a chance.MBBS (Medicine and Surgery) – 230
Pharmacy (Pharm. D.) – 210
Nursing Science (B.N.Sc.) – 200
Medical Laboratory Sciences (BMLS) – 200
Public Health and Epidemiology – 180
Biochemistry – 180
Microbiology – 180
Computer Science – 180
Chemistry – 160
Biostatistics – 160
Biological Sciences – 160
Mathematics – 160
Physics – 160
Applicants who wish to switch from another university must update their choice on the JAMB portal and select FUHSO as their first choice.
Eligibility for FUHSO Post UTME Form
To be considered, candidates must:Score at least 160 in UTME and meet the cut-off mark for their course.
Have five credits, including English and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
Upload O’Level results on the JAMB portal.
For Direct Entry: hold IJMB, HND, NCE, OND, or a first degree in relevant subjects.
Upload and verify A level results through their previous schools.
Be at least 16 years old by 30th September 2025.
Ensure UTME subject combination fits the chosen programme.
Apply only if results are ready, as awaiting result candidates are not eligible.
Make any course changes through JAMB before screening.
How to Register for FUHSO Post UTME
The steps are simple but must be followed carefully.Pay ₦2000 through Remita in favour of FUHSO (service name: Student Charges).

A registration link will be sent to your email.
Fill in the form, upload credentials, attach payment proof.
Verify and submit.
Applicants who fail to meet the requirements should not bother registering.
