Federal University Otuoke has opened its Supplementary Post UTME form for 2025/2026. Qualified candidates are asked to apply online before 23rd September 2025. Kindly read below for eligibility, requirements, and steps.





The Federal University Otuoke has announced the sale of its Supplementary Post UTME form for the 2025/2026 academic session. This notice is for applicants who still hope to gain admission into the school and are willing to follow the outlined steps.





Applications are now open, but the window does not stay wide forever. The closing date for submission is 23 September 2025.
Eligibility for FUOTUOKE Supplementary Post UTME

The university has set clear conditions for who can apply:Candidates who picked FUOTUOKE as first choice and scored 150 or above in UTME.
Candidates who did not originally choose FUOTUOKE but scored 150 or above can also apply, provided they first change their choice of school to FUOTUOKE on the JAMB portal.
Candidates who applied before but were not offered their preferred programme can reapply, though they must also do a change of course on the JAMB portal.

Faculty of Management Sciences: Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Faculty of Science: Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics.
Faculty of Social Sciences: Library and Information Science, Social Work.
Method of Application for FUOTUOKE Supplementary Post UTME

Applicants are to pay a non-refundable fee of N2000 using an Interswitch Verve or Master card. After payment, candidates should complete the application form online.
Documents Required for FUOTUOKE Supplementary Post UTME

During the online application, the following must be uploaded:Recent passport-size photograph (digital format).
UTME original result slip for 2025.
O’Level result (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB).
Local Government Area of Origin certificate.
Birth certificate or age declaration.
