FUTA Admission List 2025/2026 Released, Here Is How to Check



FUTA Admission List for 2025/2026 is out. Candidates can now check their status on the JAMB CAPS portal. Read below for how to confirm and secure your admission.





The Federal University of Technology, Akure, has made public its admission list for the new academic year. This is the much-awaited notice for all those who sat with hope, eyes fixed on the future.




How to Check FUTA Admission List

The admission status is available only on the JAMB CAPS portal. Here is the official route, step by step:Go to the JAMB E-Facility portal.
Log in with your JAMB username and password.
Scroll down and click on Check Admission Status.
Select Access my CAPS.
Click on Admission Status to see if your name made the FUTA admission list.

Now, if you are admitted, you must respond. Candidates are asked to send ACCEPT or REJECT by text to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number tied to their JAMB profile. Do not forget this part, it’s easy to skip when the excitement hits.

If your page says Admission Still in Progress or Not Admitted, do not lose heart. The list updates, sometimes slowly, but it does. Keep checking.

After accepting, print your JAMB admission letter for your records.

Here’s a tip. Many students on phones only see a welcome screen, with no status option showing. That is not a glitch, it is just the way the page loads. Switch to desktop mode in Chrome browser, and the full page appears.
