Uploading O’Level Results: A Prerequisite

Applicants must ensure that their O’Level results are uploaded to the portal prior to reprinting their exam slips. However, it is imperative to note that awaiting results are not acceptable for HND applicants.
Essential Items for the Examination Venue

For successful participation in the entrance examination, applicants are required to bring the following items:Colour-Printed Exam Slip: A printout of the examination slip with a red background passport photograph is mandatory.
Verifiable National Identity Card/Slip: This is applicable for both ND and HND applicants.
Colour and Verifiable JAMB Examination Slip: Specifically for ND applicants.
Submission of Additional Details: HND applicants who have yet to submit their relevant details to the Admission Office must bring them to the examination venue for submission post-examination.
Examination Protocol and Security Measures
Punctuality and Conduct

Applicants are obliged to arrive at the matriculation ground—which serves as the holding area—30 minutes prior to their scheduled examination time. The use of mobile phones or any other unauthorised materials inside the examination hall is strictly prohibited.
Vigilance Against Impersonation

The examination authorities kindly request all impersonators to refrain from fraudulent activities. Any individuals caught impersonating will be apprehended and handed over to relevant law enforcement agencies.
Special Notice: Unauthorised Registrations

It has come to the institution’s attention that over 700 registrations were falsified. Any candidate who did not legitimately select Kogi State Polytechnic and has forged a UTME number has had their account blocked by the Institution’s Technology Resource Centre (ITRC).
