About the jobWe are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and board-certified Fertility Physician to join our reproductive medicine team.
The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating infertility and hormonal disorders, offering cutting-edge fertility treatments including assisted reproductive technologies (ART) such as IVF, IUI, and egg/sperm preservation.
This role involves a combination of clinical care, patient counseling, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to help individuals and couples achieve their family-building goals.
ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive fertility assessments, including patient history, diagnostic testing, and physical exams.
Diagnose and treat conditions related to infertility, reproductive endocrinology, and hormonal imbalances.
Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating medical, surgical, and assisted reproductive technologies.
Perform and oversee procedures such as intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), egg retrieval, and embryo transfers.
Counsel patients on reproductive health, treatment options, and emotional implications of infertility.
Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, psychologists, and other specialists in delivering high-quality care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with medical and legal standards.
Participate in ongoing research, clinical trials, and continuing medical education.
Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice.
QualificationsMedical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Completion of a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).
Board certification or eligibility in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Valid and unrestricted medical license in [State or Region].
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical medical practice.
