Who the Roles Are For

The university has listed strict requirements for each academic rank. Here’s a simple breakdown.
ProfessorQualification: Ph.D.
Experience: 12 years minimum teaching and research in a university
Publications: At least 20 journal articles in well-known journals (Scopus or similar)
Associate ProfessorQualification: Ph.D.
Experience: 10 years or more at university level
Publications: 18 journal papers in credible journals
Senior LecturerQualification: Ph.D.
Experience: 8 years or more
Publications: 15 published works
Lecturer IQualification:Ph.D. with 9 publications, or
Master’s degree plus 10 publications and evidence of nearing Ph.D. completion
Experience: At least 6 years in a teaching and research role
