College of Nursing, Sokoto Post UTME Form 2025/2026 | ND/HND Nursing

College of Nursing Sciences, Sokoto has opened 2025/2026 admissions for ND and HND Nursing. Post-UTME forms are on sale until 23 July, with exams set for 2 August. Full details and steps are below.



The College of Nursing Sciences, Sokoto has started selling Post-UTME forms for its ND and HND Nursing programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

If you scored 160 or above in the 2025 JAMB and chose the college as your first choice, you can apply.


Who Can Apply

You must meet the following requirements:Minimum of 160 in 2025 UTME
Credit passes in English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics from WAEC or NECO, in not more than two sittings
Choose College of Nursing Sciences, Sokoto as your first choice
Use Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your JAMB subject combination
Upload the following during registration:JAMB result slip
Change of institution slip
O’Level results
O’Level results must also be uploaded to JAMB CAPS
Application ProcessGo to the College portal
Click on the “Admission” tab, then create a profile
Fill in your details and follow the instructions
Pay the ₦10,000 application fee through the portal

Once you finish registration, prepare for the exam.
