Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara has opened applications for its 2025/2026 part-time ND (SPAT) programmes. If your UTME score is below 100 and you meet the O’Level requirements, you can apply.




Part-Time ND Form Now Available at Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara

Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara (DESPO) is now accepting applications for its ND Regular II (SPAT) programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session. This option is for candidates interested in part-time study and still want to earn a National Diploma.

If you have five O’Level credits and your UTME score is below 100, this route might just work for you.

Who Can Apply?

You qualify if you:Have five O’Level credits including English and Maths, from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
Sat for the 2025 UTME and scored below 100

Also, if DESPO wasn’t your original choice, you can still apply. Just make sure your O’Level results are uploaded to your JAMB profile.
What to Bring for Screening

Once the screening date is shared, be ready with the following:Four passport photos (one each on the forms and both acknowledgement slips)
Receipt showing you paid for the form
Statement of result or certificate
Certificate of local government of origin
Birth certificate or age declaration
Pencil and basic writing materials
How to Apply for DESPO ND SPAT Admission

Follow these steps:Go to the DESPO SPAT Application Portal
Choose SPAT Application Form
Pay the form fee of ₦15,000 online with a Verve or MasterCard
Fill out and submit the form
Print two copies of the acknowledgement slip
