Here’s the process for first-time applicants:Go to the IUO part-time application portal
Click “Register for Application” (top left corner)
Enter your first name, surname, email, and phone number
Check your email for login details
Log in to the portal
Under “Application Record,” fill in your information and upload a recent 1″ x 1″ colour passport photo
Preview your form before submission
