Who Can Apply?
To qualify, you must meet the following:A National Diploma in your intended course from a recognised polytechnic or monotechnic
At least five O’level credits, including English and Maths, in not more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB)
1 to 2 years of industrial training after your ND

Important: If you enter wrong or fake details, you will be disqualified once it is found. No excuses.
How to Apply for the HND Form
If you’re ready, follow these steps:Go to the application page
Fill in your bio-data and generate an invoice
Write down or save your invoice number
Pay ₦15,000 at Federal Polytechnic Nekede Microfinance Bank or any other bank using the RRR on your invoice
You can also pay online with your ATM card (VISA, VERVE, or Mastercard)
After payment, go to the school site, click on “application form,” and complete the rest of your form
Submit everything and print your acknowledgement slip
If you paid by card, you can also print your receipt right away
You don’t need to visit Owerri for this. Do the whole thing from home or anywhere else in Nigeria. Keep it simple.
