You must have at least five credits in one or two sittings from the same exam body in:English Language
Mathematics
Biology
Chemistry
Physics
Accepted exam bodies: WAEC, NECO, or GCE O-Levels
Professional qualifications
The programme offers two pathways based on your past training and experience:
For the two-year programme
You must have one of the following:A Diploma in Community Health with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience
A Community Health Extension Workers (CHEW) Certificate with 5 years of experience
Be registered with CHPRBN and have a valid practising licence

You must:Be a qualified Community Health Extension Worker
Hold a first degree in Community Health Science, Health Education, or Public Health, or an HND in Community Health
Have a valid practising licence

Pay ₦20,000 for the application form
Sign up using your RRR, email, and password used for payment
Log in to continue the application
Download the Applicants’ User Guide from the portal
Complete the form online
Print two copies of your application and photocard
Bring both to the examination centre on the exam day
Prepare for the exam and follow updates
The exam date will be sent to your email and shared through official channels. You will need to bring the printed forms on the test day.
