UCH Ibadan’s School of Health Information Management is now accepting Post UTME applications for its 2024/2025 ND programme. To apply for the National Diploma (ND) in Health Information Management at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, you must meet the following:

Score 150 or above in the 2025 UTME
Have at least five credits in no more than two sittings in these subjects:English Language
Mathematics
Biology
Physics
Chemistry

This is a two-year non-residential programme starting in September 2025.

The application form is available from Monday, 28 April 2025 on the UCH Schools Portal. Here’s how to apply:Visit the portal and click on REMITA PAYMENT
Make your payment
Sign up using your RRR, email, and password
Log in to the portal
Download and read the Applicants User Guide
Fill out your details and complete the form
Print two copies of your completed form and photocard
Bring both copies to the exam centre on the test day
Make an extra payment of ₦500 to the Health Information Managers Association of Nigeria:

Prepare for the screening and interview

Applicants will be informed of the screening date by email. If selected, you’ll also receive a text message and see updates on the school’s website.
