Igbinedion University has opened applications for its 2025/2026 JUPEB pre-degree programme. This path gives eligible students direct entry into various degree courses at IUO and other approved universities. Read on to see available subjects, how to apply, and key dates.



Igbinedion University, Okada, is now accepting applications for the 2025/2026 JUPEB pre-degree programme. This 1-year course prepares students for direct entry admission into 200-level in the university and other schools that accept JUPEB in Nigeria.

The application is now online. Candidates who meet the requirements can start their journey into Medicine, Law, Engineering, and more—without sitting UTME again.

International students with A-Level results in relevant subjects can also apply.
Entry Requirements

To qualify, applicants must have:At least five credits, including English
Results can come from WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB
Only two sittings allowed
JUPEB runs for one academic year (two semesters)
JUPEB Application FeeApplication fee: ₦15,000 (excluding bank charges)
How to ApplyGo to the JUPEB portal
Click “Register for Application”
Enter your full name, email, and phone number
Check your email for login details
Return to the portal and click “Login”
Under “Application Record,” fill in your info and upload a recent passport photo
Click “Add Online Payment”, choose Interswitch or Etransact
Pay the ₦15,000 fee using an ATM card or take your payment slip to any commercial bank
Review your details carefully
Submit the application once everything is correct

Take note: once submitted, no corrections can be made. So double-check everything.
