NWU Post-UTME / DE Screening Form for 2025/2026 Admission
Northwest University, Kano has opened the Post UTME and Direct Entry registration for the 2025/2026 session. Screening runs from 15 to 28 September 2025. Candidates must meet course cut-off points and follow the online registration steps.

Northwest University, Kano, has set the ball rolling for the new academic year. The Post UTME and Direct Entry screening for the 2025/2026 undergraduate admission will take place online from Monday 15 September 2025 to Sunday 28 September 2025.
For many candidates, this notice is the official call to get paperwork, scores, and payments in order. The school has also spelled out who is eligible, what scores are needed for each programme, and how the registration should be done.
Who is eligible for NWU Post UTME
The rules are clear, and missing even one could cost a seat. To take part, candidates must:Pick Northwest University, Kano as their first choice.
Have at least five credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in SSCE or its equivalent, across no more than two sittings.
Score the required cut-off for their chosen course.

Direct Entry requirements
For those going through DE, the bar is set as follows:A valid 2025 Direct Entry registration slip.
ND, LIMB, or NCE qualification.
At least 3.0 CGPA for science courses and 3.5 for arts.
Nine points in NCE.
Seven points for science-based IJMB and eight points for arts or social sciences.
Steps to register for NWU Post UTME
Candidates must keep their eyes on the details. The steps are simple but need to be followed carefully:Go to the NWU admission portal and click on “2025 Admission Portal”.
Generate a NABROLL invoice from the portal.
Pay the sum of ₦2,000 online or at any bank nationwide.
Return to the portal to finish registration and print the acknowledgement slip.
Keep the slip safe, as it must be presented with other documents during the screening.
